- Any data in the spooled file may be used as a parameter in EasyMail/400 so that you can send the spooled file to a customer with his account number in the spool as a parameter.

SMTP server must be configured and a mail server should be in reach with the i-series.
EasyFax/400 integrates your companys Fax Server with your ERP software so that you can send any spool file created to the fax receipants automatically or manually.

REQUIREMENTS
A fax server should be in reach with the i-series server and ftp protocol should be activated on the fax server.
